Hersheypark Camping Resort

Private RV park / campground in Hummelstown, PA.

Hersheypark Camping Resort is run by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, the company behind Hersheypark. The land was the Landis family farm from 1823. Hershey opened it as High Meadow Campground in 1962 with 50 sites. The old farm barn now holds the country store, bathhouse and laundry.

There are about 340 sites and cabins across five areas. Carrousel Circle is the big-rig section: 87 full-hookup pull-throughs with 20/30/50 amp, cable and room for rigs up to 59 ft. Pioneer Heights, up the hill, and Midway Meadow mix full and partial hookups with the log cabins. Lazy River Rest is the tent area along Swatara Creek. The 2-bedroom deluxe cabins and two tiny homes sit up on Coaster Crest.

Staying here counts as staying at an official Hersheypark resort. On park operating days a free shuttle runs from the campground to a drop-off by Hersheypark's front gate. Guests also get extra Hersheypark hours (Preview Plan evenings and, in summer, early ride access), the resort price on park tickets, and discounts at ZooAmerica, Hershey Gardens and The Hershey Story.

The two tiny homes were designed and built by construction students at Milton Hershey School, finished in 2023 and 2024.
